Refund policy
NO Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on shipping costs or exchanges for any items purchased. If you wish to return your items, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see below for more information.
Returns
Shipping costs associated with approved returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused with their original labels and packaging (shrink wrap, etc.) undisturbed in order to be eligible for returns.

When requesting to return your items, please include in your email:
- Name of customer
- Order number (located in your confirmation email)
- Date you received your order
- Photo of items you’re requesting to return
Once we receive your return request, we will review your order and notify you if your request is approved and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Customers will be notified when returned items are received at our fulfilment centre and your refund has been processed.
Payment refunds for returned items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the returned items arrival at our fulfillment centre. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Reports of incorrect, defective, or damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days after receiving your order.
